In being open and honest about my own evolution– sharing the struggles and discoveries in my personal Yoga and Meditation practice– I hope to teach and inspire others to find their own light, and their own path to a healthier, more joyful life.

Private & Semi-Private Yoga + Meditation

Private or Semi-Private (2 ppl) Yoga + Meditation sessions can be scheduled with me at Healing Foundations (2112 West Belmont, Chicago) or virtually. Each session includes personalized poses based on your goals, and time for meditation. A 75-min private session at Healing Foundations is $70; 45-min private session is $55; and semi-private is $75. A private session virtually is $120; $60 for a 45 min session. Email me to schedule your session.

Small Group Yoga Classes

Please join me for virtual Mindful Movement Yoga & Meditation every Tuesday, 6:30-7:15p (with the option to stick around for a 10 min meditation at the end of class) & Wednesday, 6-7p via Zoom. Classes are recorded.

Two options to join: Monthly Membership @ $59/ month includes unlimited classes, access the recorded class for 1 week & a bonus pre-recorded meditation; or Drop-in classes are sliding scale: $12-17

I fell in love with yoga shortly after my second car accident nearly 20 years ago. At first, it was a tool for helping me increase flexibility and rebuild strength. Later, I discovered the meditative bond that's created between the mind and body with regular Yoga practice. That's when my real healing began— and that evolution and all its benefits are the inspiration and driving force behind my desire to teach Yoga & Meditation to others.


It's tough to find anyone who hasn’t heard of meditation– these days just about everyone knows that it's a good thing. The trouble is knowing what to do, how to start, and sticking to a regular practice. Whether alone or in conjunction with Yoga, it’s my pleasure to introduce the joy of meditation to my clients or bolster their current practice. I know my process will help you because I’ve struggled to find and keep a practice that worked. But now, 9 years later, I meditate daily.

I absolutely love going to Jennifer’s yoga classes! They are small, dynamic, and light-hearted—it really allows her to give you great one-on-one guidance. Jennifer has a knack for knowing exactly what each class/student needs. The environment she creates allows you to feel comfortable, peaceful and (my favorite) the freedom to giggle when you fall out of your pose. Jennifer has a great calming and loving presence. I am always looking forward to seeing her and taking her classes.
